I didn’t want to go to bed late at night, so I made chocolate meringue cookies. Chocolate meringue cookies with sweet chocolate chips were so healing that they would melt away the fatigue of the day. Have a nice night~ 🙂

  • 70g egg white
  • 80g sugar
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • a handful of chocolate chips


  1. whip 70g of egg white for 2 minutes at medium speed.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon sugar every 30 seconds while keep whipping at high speed.
  3. Whip the meringue until stiff peaks form and whip at the low speed for 30 seconds to clear the bubbles.
  4. Add 1tbsp cacao powder and mix gently to prevent the meringue from bursting.
  5. Put the 195K tip in a piping bag and put the finished meringue.
  6. Place chocolate chips on paper foil or Teflon sheet at regular intervals and squeeze meringue on it.
  7. Bake in a 90 degree preheated oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  8. Cool the finished meringue for 5 minutes and remove it from the Teflon sheet.
