  • 300g frozen mulberry (can be replaced by other frozen fruits)
  • 30g sugar
  • 2 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Crumble ingredients :
  • 70g unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 100g all-purpose flour


  1. Put 30g of sugar, 2 teaspoons corn starch, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice in 300g of frozen mulberry and mix it well.
  2. Add 70g of unsalted butter at room temperature and 50g of brown sugar to a mixing bowl and mix until creamy.
  3. Add 100g of all-purpose flour and mix lightly until lumps are naturally formed with hands.
  4. Place the mulberry mixture in an ovenproof container and sprinkle the crumble evenly.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 190℃ oven.
  6. The completed mulberry crumble is even better if you take it out of the oven, cool it for 20 minutes, and then eat it with vanilla ice cream.
